Shipping Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments before accepting and signing clear on Bill of Lading / Delivery Receipt. Customers are also responsible for unloading any shipment.

DAMAGES / CLAIMS:  It is extremely important for the receiver of a shipment to inspect and note any damages of a delivery. All orders are inspected at the point of origin to make sure there is no damage when shipped. Once our blinds are turned over to the carriers, damage can occur. Once the receiver inspects the product and signs the Proof of Delivery / Bill of Lading that the blind or product is clear of damage, Titan Hunting Blinds will not be responsible for damage done to the blind. At this point the customer/receiver will accept all responsibility for the blind/product and will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier for the damage. If receiver does note damage of a shipment on the Bill of Lading, Titan Hunting Blinds will gladly assist our customers.

Customers who choose to ship on their own freight accounts are responsible for filing claims with their freight carriers. Titan Hunting Blinds cannot assist with claims or damages during transit in these cases.

TRANSIT TIMES:  Titan Hunting Blinds always strives to provide the best possible lead times for our customers. There are some situations that Titan Hunting Blinds cannot control, such as: fire, flood, strike, or other labor difficulty, acts of God, act of any governmental authority or of the purchaser, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities from usual sources or due to any other cause beyond reasonable control. In the event of delay in performance due to any such cause, the date of delivery will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay. Titan Hunting Blinds cannot guarantee or ensure that any shipment can be made by any specific time or date. In any event, the company will not be liable for costs, including but not limited to any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.

*Customer is responsible for unloading all merchandise.

*All Shipping Included offers exclude Alaska, Hawaii, & any countries outside the U.S.

The Customer agrees to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS which no agent or employee of the parties may alter. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall apply to all shipments, unless and until these TERMS AND CONDITIONS are altered or amended by Titan Hunting Blinds. Customer is responsible for reading these TERMS AND CONDITIONS as provided on our website.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:  United States Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight line and Full-Truckload (FTL) freight line to ship orders.


SHIPPING RATES: Orders shipped via LTL freight are subject to additional charges per item. Customers are responsible for all residential delivery surcharges and lift-gate charges when shipped by LTL.

LTL DEFINITION OF COMMERCIAL ADDRESS: Commercial addresses are those defined by our freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Most commercial sites have tractor-trailer access and a loading dock.

LTL DEFINITION OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS: Legally if a business is being operated out of or from a location does not qualify it as a commercial address. Any business being operated from a home, farm, ranch, residential office, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address. In most cases, our freight carrier will contact you to make an appointment before delivery is attempted to a residential address. All added accessories fees will be charged to the customer. (i.e. residential, lift-gate, re-consignment.) It is the consumer's responsibility to inform us prior to delivery if the location for delivered cannot accept a 53’ trailer delivery vehicle. Deliveries that cannot be made due to vehicle size or access restriction will be billed as delivered.

DAMAGES: The act of signing for delivery is the acceptance that your blind has arrived undamaged. The person who signs the Proof of Delivery (POD) when blinds are delivered MUST note any visible damage on the POD. Often, the damage that is done to a product can easily be replaced. If you have ANY questions regarding the condition of the blind please call Titan Hunting Blinds, while the driver is present and before you sign the delivery receipt and we will assist you in finding a resolution. Surface and Cosmetic scrapes and or scratches can happen in transit. Surface scratches will not impact the product's structural integrity or void your warranty, and do not constitute damage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Titan Hunting Blinds of all damages within 3 business days from delivery.
